How a case moves through NewLumen

Intake

Studies arrive via DICOM push from any compliant modality or PACS. Patient information, clinical history, and submission details are attached the moment the case enters the system.

Routing

Cases route to the right reader by priority, modality, and assignment — algorithmically, or manually when you want direct control.

Reading

The study opens in the browser with the species-tagged hanging protocol already applied. MPR, 3D, and the full measurement toolset are built in.

Reporting

Reports start from species-tagged templates with modality-specific macros, so every report begins from a complete skeleton instead of a blank page.

Finalization

Signing locks the report and records a sign-date timestamp — the same timestamp billing rolls up on.

Delivery

The finalized report routes back to the submitting clinic automatically. No export, no email attachment, no manual handoff.
