One login across every client clinic
Log in and every connected client clinic's cases appear in a single worklist. No separate accounts. No switching logins between clients. Five views ship out of the box: All Cases, My Queue, Group Queue, Pending Review, and Completed Today — each drawing from every connected clinic simultaneously.
Algorithmic case routing
Cases route in Static mode (assigned to a specific reader) or Algorithmic mode (distributed automatically by priority, modality, and assignment). Priority Triage flags high-urgency studies in the worklist before they're opened. Routing configuration is set up by your group or clinic admins directly in the platform, and you can switch modes or reassign any case manually at any time.
Browser-native reading environment
NewLumen runs in Chrome or Edge. No software to install, no VPN required. Scroll, pan, zoom, window/level with presets, measurement tools, MPR, 3D layout modes, multi-monitor support, cine playback, echo cineloop for ultrasound, reference lines, and viewport sync are all in the browser. Species-aware hanging protocols apply automatically on study open.
Built for the reading workflow
Report Assist structures every report from a species-tagged template, with Findings, Impression, and Recommendations sections in place from the start. Prior Comparison surfaces relevant prior studies automatically. Each tool specifies what it does. You review and sign every report.
Billing across all clinics
Per-report billing code usage rolls up by sign date across all connected clinics, with CSV export. It's built into the worklist — no separate billing tool required.
